The purpose of the SWAT Eldorado Valley Study Group (EVSG) is to provide a forum in which the owners of the electric system in the Eldorado Valley, its environs and those interested in interconnecting projects into that system can communicate the needs of all parties by coordinating study work to determine the technical requirements of those interconnections.
