The WestConnect Transmission Owners have initiated a stakeholder process to help guide the determination of appropriate filings with FERC to comply with the provisions of FERC Order 1000 issued July 21, 2011. If you are interested in participating, subscribe to the Order 1000 Stakeholder List.

An initial Stakeholder Meeting was held October 24, 2011, at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. The WestConnect Transmission Owners contemplate holding a series of stakeholder meetings monthly at various locations within the WestConnect transmission footprint over the next 12 months to assist in making determinations of an appropriate determination of the planning region, planning processes, cost allocation methodologies and other issues necessary to allow the WestConnect Transmission Owners to make appropriate compliance filings within the FERC deadline.
